Willard Decker – President & Owner of Decker Engineers

Willard Decker has over 26 years of experience as a licensed civil engineer and general contractor. During this time he has worked for international engineering firm, Jacobs Engineering doing highway design for the Arizona Department of Transportation and as a project manager for international engineering and construction firm The Shaw Group. As of the last 15 years he was worked as an independent engineer and general contractor designing and constructing various projects.
